i spent two years living alone in alabama. my sweetie was back home 3,000 miles away in seattle, wa and my current living companion was a dwarf hamster named mr. peabody; not really an appropriate date for a couples dinner. i was a long way from home and desperately lonely. i wrote and printed this in response to too many empty nights.
